gomichan decided to throw their creators hat into the ring on the subject of Fanfiction. At the time I read through the ensuing discussion as a bit of a neophyte in the matter. Since then though, I have been doing some digging into the phenomena and I ran across the an interesting, sourced article on the subject. So I am linking it here.

It's definitely an intelligent look at the medium, and is pretty well researched.
Besides...I figured I would post mention of it here instead of Riverside HQ...Whenever FanFic discussions startup a flamewar seems to follow soon after....;)
