"Staying in the same place, staying out the time, Touching from a distance, further all the time."

It is about two hours before I have to be at work...by the time I am back from work and school it will be about 9PM.

The high temperature is only going to be in the low 50's all week and it is rainy and damp.

Unfortunately, crawling back into bed and hiding is not an option.

My wife is expecting for us to have snow here by the end of October, in response I have already grabbed my Joy DEivision albums out. They have always seemed to be the perfect cold weather music.

Stay warm everybody, especially my Canadian, and Minnesotan friends. You there down in the deep south should have a little more leeway yet.

Oh yeah, it's definitely getting kind of chilly here. No frost in the mornings, and I haven't had to turn the heater on yet, but it's there. I definitely noticed it at my soccer game yesterday. But Joy Division is good stuff, and that, along with other music and hot chocolate, will help me stay warm as much as central heating does.

(P.S. - I think I missed commenting on it when you posted it, but I LOVED your post about the overthrow of Chilean democracy on Sept 11. The way the US has basically stepped all over Latin America all throughout history, which is disgusting, and most people don't even know about it, which is more disgusting still. Thanks for drawing attention to it.)
