Actually, if you dig around in your figures library, there's a folder called "Other", and that has both male and female skeletons in it. I accidentally happened across it when I first installed Victoria 3 and was looking for her.

They're not bad, to be honest they probably are the best quality skeletons I've seen available for less than $50.
