Graphical thoughts....

I would like to say that for the record...importing Poser objects into Bryce 5 is a stome cold bitch.

It may have been easier to do back when they were still closely related through their genesis at Metacreations...now though I am having all kinds of problems. Dynamic Hair doesn't import..the Poser format for 3dS files runs into unexpected errors with importing into other formats. The list goes on and on.

It doesn't help that the piece that I am working on is going to take approximately 10 hours to render and is enough to tax my pretty new system to the max....

Sigh...
(Must find cluster.....)

Since I don't know the dynamics of either program individually, I am finding it difficult to conceptualize what you are saying. I suspect you might be saying that Poser and Bryce 5 have conflicts between each other and the image that is done is Poser confuses Bryce 5 when it is imported into that program. Vice Versa as well. Am I correct?

If so, Huggles. My good thoughts are with you and the outcome of the work you are currently developing.

Fondly,

Oddly enough, V3 is one of the rare Poser objects that can usually survive exporting into Bryce virtually intact, even with most of it's texture map. Anything proprietary to P5, though (cloth and hair specifically) are going to be complete duds. Try snagging some of Kozaburo's hair props (www.digitalbabes2.com) and use those, they're static meshes and IMHO they look better than P5 dynamic hair anyway.
