A momentary update
Contracts have been signed, training has officially begun, and I am very pleased so far. Other than a minor freakout involving a $!3,000 piece of CAD software and a version incompatability with my laptop, everything has been absolutely excellent so far. Right now I am plugging away at another batch of comics. I want to get enough done to cover my ass on my business trip on the first full week in October.
I'm gonna be in Massachusettes for most of the week being trained on training. The only bad part about the scheduling that I can see is that it I will miss the 2nd Annual Choo Choo Con by about 4 days. Ah well, can't win them all I guess.
Right now artwork is in progress...and I am a very content camper. My wife has once again started on the great mouse hunt for her computer, here's wishing her success at it. Missy the wonder cat is snoozing in the other computer chair....and my feet are fucking kiling me from the dress shoes I had to wear for work. Sigh....at least I don't have to wear a tie as well.
