That seems to accurately describe at least 98% of the people I deal with on a day to day basis. Unfortunately for me, and fortunately for a lot of people...I am not God. Otherwise, that issue would be addressed.
On a slightly skewed note in the war on terrorism...a gentleman in England was arrested for having explosives in his socks...

I dislike many politicians because they are not bred to serve in the office they are elected to...they are bred to simply get elected. Skill and leadership doesn't have all that much to do with it.
