In my case, they all seem to spring from music. In this case the source of the inspiration came from a new Icehouse tune I was able to get access to last night. While I was listening to this song (called "Chemicals"...and it kicks major ass BTW) I started thinking of an idea for an art project...kind of an online graphic novel. The first piece that really got the ball rolling was a new one I whipped up last night entitled "The Lady and the Tower"
I've been thinking about this piece for most of today and it has potential to me...so do a number of other pieces that are kicking around my head. The question in my mind is whether I can take the next step or not. Do I wanna actually do an online graphic novel and put it up somewhere like Keenspace as an attempt to get exposure for other projects? I personally know that I can't draw with Pen and Paper to save my soul...but I can put out something that is at least interesting with things like Poser and Bryce.
Now it depends on if I am willing to take the plunge....if I have the guts to do it....and if I can find a place to host it that is actually decent.
